La Voile Bleu

Our Italian chef takes you on a journey with a menu rich in flavors that will awaken your gourmet taste buds.

Starters: homemade Cianni Sétoise tielle, stracciatella cherry tomatoes and pesto, duck foie gras from Gers with fig chutney and brioche bread, duo of marinated scallops & summer truffle, avocado toast with prawns & soft-boiled egg.

Fresh dishes: chicken or prawn Caesar salad, tuna poke bowl, beef Bo Bun, veggie poke or Bo Bun.

Raw dishes: citrus prawn carpaccio, Italian-style raw beef tartare, matured & smoked Holstein beef sirloin carpaccio, cod carpaccio with tapenade. Products from the terroir directly from our dear local producers.

Sea dishes: octopus tentacles with pesto, grilled tuna steak, grilled sea bass fillet, whole Béarnaise sole, "giant" blue lobster, and whole fish of the moment to enjoy alone or share.

Land dishes: whole duck breast, fresh cheddar & multigrain double burger signed La Voile Bleue, Uruguay Umi beef flank steak with bleu sauce, Tirabuixo smoked pork chop by us, and Occitanie Tomahawk beef ribs to share.

Pasta dishes: pappardelle with arrabiata, risotto Carnaroli with seared scallops, pappardelle with Burrata from Puglia and summer truffle in the wheel, or whole blue lobster linguine.

Vegetarian dishes: grilled seasonal vegetables antipasti style with choice of sides.

Finally, desserts: traditional crème brûlée, pistachio raspberry chocolate fondant, chestnut honey nougat ice cream, gourmet coffee according to the mood, Italian nonna’s French toast, red fruit pavlova, our Grand-Marnier flambéed desserts, Norwegian omelette to share, or ice cream cups for a lighter treat.
