On MySunbed, the rooftop takes centre stage: during the day, this elevated terrace becomes an intimate private beach reserved for adults and limited to just 30 guests.

Each place includes a sun lounger, parasol and towel, with drinks and snacks available directly on the rooftop. Most importantly, direct access leads down to the Mediterranean for a swim before heading back to your lounger above the water. It is an unusual setup in Hyères, combining the open views of a rooftop with genuine access to the sea.

L’Endroit’s restaurant is rooted in Mediterranean and Provençal cooking, with fresh produce, seafood and charcoal-fired preparations shaping much of the menu. The current selection ranges from sea bass ceviche with lime, mango and coconut milk to the catch of the day, served as sea bass or sea bream with beurre blanc and Espelette pepper aïoli.

On the rooftop, the menu takes a more informal, sharing-led direction. Sea bass tacos with jalapeños, Greek yoghurt, coriander and lime sit alongside fritto misto and octopus marinated with chimichurri, making it easy to have lunch without leaving the rooftop. The cocktail list follows the same Mediterranean identity, including La Garrigue, built around thyme, rosemary and olive oil.
