Created by chef Juan Arbelaez, the menu blends South American inspirations, a shared dining experience and the hallmarks of the Mediterranean seafront. Guacamole prepared tableside, crispy corn tacos with bluefin tuna or lobster, ceviches and tostada de langosta with optional caviar immediately set the tone: bright, festive cuisine designed for guests who value both the plate and the scene around it.

The menu extends into more Riviera-inspired dishes, such as lobster rigatoni, truffle rigatoni or fish and meats prepared in an asado style. At the bar, signature cocktails strengthen the venue’s identity, from the Copal Picante to reimagined margaritas and sharing formats such as Los Cantaritos. On Sundays, the Festive Brunch adds another dimension: a generous buffet, live piano, free-flowing drinks and champagne packages to suit the mood, in a confidently Cannes spirit.
