From the sea: cod fillet with shellfish cream, seared tuna Japanese style, sliced calamari & bellota chorizo, sea bream fillet with Yolo sauce, whole sea bass or sea bream for 2 people, smoked salmon bagel.
From the land: Yolo burger, tandoori chicken skewer, thyme-marinated lamb chops, Argentine ribeye or Charolais rib steak for 2 people.
