You will spend a very pleasant moment around orange trees in a green corner, savoring fresh and warm southern cuisine. Chef William Piron, a Maître-Restaurateur, offers you Mediterranean-inspired creations that are rich and colorful. "A scent of vacation in homage to the sun and the sea" will delight your taste buds. In addition to a stop at Pampelonne, it’s a journey to southern Italy with traditional family cuisine. So, if you want to savor life, this is the place to be.
To start: Eggplant alla parmigiana, Greek salad with feta, chicken spring rolls, stuffed mussels, artichoke carpaccio with truffle, fritto misto of calamari and shrimp, burrata from Puglia with tomatoes and basil, Niçoise salad, spicy shrimp fritters with garlic and chili, prawn salad with tomatoes, mango, avocado, jalapeno, basil, wagyu beef carpaccio with truffle shavings, Caesar salad with lobster and king crab claw with avocado salad and creamy wasabi.
Raw options: salmon carpaccio with dill, sea bass ceviche, prawn carpaccio, tuna tataki, tuna/salmon/sea bass sashimi, marinated assorted fish, whole sea bream sashimi or tartare.
Pasta options: spaghetti polpette, pasta al limone e tonno, spaghetti with prawns, alle vongole, with truffle or royal lobster, and caviar pasta.
