To start, sharing starters: pistachio crunch and parmigiano reggiano, pissaladière like in Nice, baba ganoush/hummus/taktouka and smoked eggplants, local green asparagus, organic egg mimosa with truffle, mortar guacamole, Bouzigues oysters number 3 from our oyster farmer, beautiful seafood platter and small seafood mezze.

Main dishes: grilled slipper lobsters, weeping tiger Thai sauce, Cajun vegetables, grilled seabass or royal bream, orecchiette with fresh peas and morels, roasted free-range chicken from Gers on the bone, grilled Simmental rib steak or 7-hour confit lamb shoulder.

Kids' menu: plain/butter/tomato parmesan penne or fish & chips.

Finally, sweet treats: grandma-style chocolate mousse, hot chocolate Commercy madeleines, local strawberries plain or with whipped cream, our famous romantico and rum baba.

Our shared desserts: lemon meringue tart, local strawberry tart, Italian tiramisu, floating island with pink pralines and grilled almonds, crêpe Suzette flambéed with Grand Marnier or huge rum baba. Ice cream pots are also available for more freshness and lightness.
