Cocoon Beach

The Cocoon Beach menu combines Mediterranean cuisine with contemporary influences, with a strong focus on fresh produce. Designed for sharing or enjoyed as a main course, the menu features dishes such as beef carpaccio with purple artichokes and Parmesan, sea bream ceviche with citrus and coconut milk, avocado and grapefruit prawns, and tuna sashimi prepared Tiradito-style with yuzu and lime.

Salads: crispy chicken Caesar salad, Niçoise salad with tuna, summer burrata with heirloom tomatoes and pistachios, fresh tuna poke, vegan poke, as well as watermelon and feta.

From the sea: fresh cod fish & chips, sea bass fillet with golden artichokes, sole meunière, salmon tartare with avocado and mango, or grilled octopus tentacles served with golden potatoes and salsa verde.

From the land: knife-cut beef tartare, grilled or truffle beef fillet, beef tagliata, lamb chops with thyme and confit garlic, 500 g prime rib or homemade beef and crispy chicken burgers.

Pasta: linguine with tomato and stracciatella, truffle rigatoni, linguine with vongole, garlic and Espelette pepper, or zucchini and mint-filled mezzelune.

Desserts: La Rose with pistachio and red berries, Passion Matcha with coconut and yuzu, giant profiterole, homemade tiramisu or giant chocolate éclair to share. For a lighter option, Cocoon also offers fresh fruit platters, GROM ice cream and a selection of artisanal ice pops.

Kids: minced beef steak, breaded fish, crispy chicken or pasta with butter or tomato sauce, all served with fries for the first three options.
