Our favorites on the Tropicana menu:

Starters: To start your meal right, indulge in flame-roasted peppers with tapenade toast, confit baby artichokes, colorful beets cooked in ash with herb oil burrata, vitello tonnato, or a flame-seared avocado tuna tartare.

Main Courses: Our menu offers sea delights such as wood-fired grilled tuna with pepper sauce, grilled cuttlefish, or wood-fired grilled fish depending on the catch, salt-crusted sea bass, and wood-fired grilled lobster. On land, enjoy wood-fired grilled pork belly & calamari tentacle, elephant ear with penne arrabbiata, wood-fired grilled beef rib with fresh fries, beef tagliata, duck breast with bigarade sauce and crispy potatoes, or premium lamb chops with creamy polenta.

Desserts: End on a sweet note with our fresh fruit minestrone, shared chocolate mousse, tiramisu with Collobrières chestnut cream, tropézienne, or vanilla ice cream parfait with salted caramel core.

For the younger ones, we offer a kids' menu: chicken or fish fillet with fries or pasta, accompanied by a scoop of artisanal ice cream from Palais des Glaces for dessert.
