On our lounge side sofas or in the restaurant area, discover a savory menu that will awaken your taste buds, beneath the sand-laden palm trees.

Starters: shrimp carpaccio with citrus, colorful tomatoes & burrata, beef tataki with papaya and green mango salad, semi-cooked tuna in sesame crust.

Seafood: Bouzigues oysters from Pascal Migliore, special Camargue oysters, shrimp bouquet, bowl of whelks, langoustine bouquet, and Le Petit Mareyeur platter to share.

Salads: healthy bowl and little Italy.

Main dishes: pan-seared octopus with curry/ginger, linguini with prawns, cod fillet in chorizo crust, jerk chicken skewer & onion confit, beef fillet with morel and aged rum sauce, or French lamb rack.

Suggestions: catch of the day (whole fish) and Angus tomahawk with summer truffle.

Kids' menu: chicken or sea bream fillet with linguine, vegetables, or confit potatoes. Ice cream and drink of choice.

Desserts: chocolate profiterole or red fruit & verbena pavlova to share. Otherwise, raspberry/poppy tiramisu, passion meringue tart, gourmet coffee or tea, and original ice cream cups for a lighter touch.
