With your feet in the fine sand and under the soft shaded light of the canopies or drapes that contrast beautifully with the bright blue sky, you’ll have the chance to awaken your taste buds with flavors as varied as the colors around you.

• Starters: peppers in oil, Caesar salad, lentil velouté, chef’s shrimp, comté tartare, octopus salad.
• Sea dishes: sea bass fillet or grilled sardines, monkfish tail, yellow pollack steak.
• Land dishes: Sisteron lamb tomahawk with romesco sauce, Baia burger, Milanese veal chop “Orecchio di elefante”, Angus skirt steak.
• Pasta and risotto: rock juice risotto, burrata ravioli, pumpkin trofie.
• To share: whole fish according to the catch of the day or exceptional meat with 2 sides.
• For the kids: tomato or plain pasta, grilled sea bass fillet, hamburger steak or crispy chicken with a Liège waffle.
