Starters: tempura chipirones, shrimp tartare, sea bream ceviche, Mediterranean razor clams, burrata with truffle puree, clam fricassee with parsley and Petrossian “Ossetra Imperial” caviar.

Fresh dishes: “Millésim” Caesar salad, Gardener’s salad (lunch only), and Thai salad.

Main dishes: grilled sea bass fillet, linguine with clams in a parsley cream, linguine with sage pesto and grilled hazelnuts, grilled squid, duo of prawns and scallops, orecchiette with lobster and coral cream, Saint Pierre fillet with grilled clams and mussel cream sauce with saffron touch, served with Imperial cheese risotto.

Grilled options: rib steak from our selection, Millésim Burger cooked over a wood fire, duck breast from Maison Samaran, wood-fired grilled octopus, and blue lobsters grilled on the plancha.

For kids: Black Angus butcher-style steak and fish & chips with fries or ratatouille and Pouss-pouss Asterix for dessert.

Desserts: strawberry and Papuan vanilla grand cru tiramisu, dark chocolate tart, pineapple carpaccio, apple almond tartlet, or a selection of cheeses from “La Fromagerie” in Béziers, and artisanal ice creams for a lighter touch.
