Once the cancellation is validated, the refund is automatically initiated on the original payment method. The delay depends on your bank and usually ranges from 3 to 10 business days.

No. Service fees cover platform operating costs and are non-refundable, even in case of cancellation.

In case of exceptional closure due to weather or technical reasons, MySunbed offers a refund or reschedule depending on the situation and the venue’s options.

Date changes are not guaranteed. They depend on the venue’s rules and availability. In most cases, the existing booking must be cancelled according to the applicable conditions and a new booking must be made.

Same-day time changes depend entirely on the venue’s availability and approval. MySunbed cannot guarantee such modifications.

Adding or removing people depends on the venue’s capacity and available spots. If adding is not possible online, it may sometimes be handled directly on site, subject to availability.

Yes. The booking can be used by another person provided they present the confirmation email. Reselling bookings is not allowed.

Establishment

Generally, no. MySunbed guarantees the booked category (e.g., front row, VIP, pool), but not a specific seat/spot number. The exact assignment is made on arrival by the venue manager, based on the day’s layout and on-site organization.

If you experience an issue on site, it depends on the situation: Booking-related issue (booking not found, wrong date, category not respected, etc.): contact MySunbed Support immediately. We’ll check your booking and help the venue acknowledge it. On-site service issue (service speed, cleanliness, staff attitude, etc.): please speak to the venue manager so it can be resolved quickly during your visit. MySunbed ensures your booking is properly transmitted and respected, but we cannot offer compensation on behalf of the venue once the service has been delivered. After your visit, you can leave feedback—it helps us monitor quality and carefully select our partners.

Some venues enforce a dress code, especially in restaurants or indoor areas. Rules are specified on the page.

Bed / daybed / sunbed: a more comfortable lounging bed/bench, for 1 or multiple people depending on the offer. Canopy bed: a bed with a structure and canopy (more shade and privacy). Cabana: a premium semi-private or private area, sometimes with dedicated service.
