Please make sure your arrive at the beach on the {date} no later than 12pm, along with your confirmation e-mail.

By booking on MySunbed, you agree to go to your beach on the day of the service booked at 12pm * at the latest.

In case of delay, we kindly ask you to inform your beach as soon as possible so that your reservation is kept.

If you have not informed the beach of your delay, it is not obliged to maintain your reservation after 12pm *. In this case, the above cancellation conditions apply.

LATE ARRIVAL

In case of no-show on the day of the service booked before 12pm *, the beach may cancel your reservation. In this case, the above cancellation conditions apply.

NO SHOW

CANCELLATION POLICY

A booking made on MySunbed can be cancelled and give rise to a refund according to the following conditions:

Between the confirmation of the reservation and the day before the service booked at 4pm:

You can cancel your reservation from your <userbooking> personal space</userbooking> and benefit from a refund of the total amount of the services reserved, excluding the service fees. MySunbed will automatically refund the payment method used when booking. The sums refunded will be visible on the bank account attached to the means of payment within 10 days.

Between the day before the reservation at 4pm and the morning of the service booked at 10 am:

You can cancel your reservation from your <userbooking> personal space </userbooking> and benefit from a refund corresponding to the total amount of the services booked, excluding the service fees. In the case the service fees would be offered, then the refund will be deducted from the late cancellation fee (€ 1.50 per reservation). MySunbed will automatically refund the means of payment used at the time of booking. The sums refunded will be visible on the bank account attached to the means of payment within 10 days.

Beyond 10:00 am, the day of the booked service:

Within 48 hours of the day of your booking, you can request a refund for additional services – excluding mattresses, beds and service charges – that have not been consumed. This request must be made through the <a href='/contact' target='_blank'>contact</a> page specifying the name and surname of the person who booked as well as the unique booking number. Once the refund request has been accepted, MySunbed will refund the additional services on the payment method used at the time of booking or by bank transfer if the payment method is no longer active.
