To hydrate without alcohol, original Mocktails like the Sea Breeze (cranberries, grapefruit, passion fruit) or the Bora Passion (pineapple, passion fruit, lemon, strawberry).

For the main course, Burrata from Puglia, marinated tuna Poke Bowl, Niçoise salad, beef tartare, and the Belle Rive Burger with smoked cheddar, olive oil soft bun, tomatoes, onions, and "Belles Rives" sauce, surprise.
