• Starters: knife-cut Aloyau flank steak tartare, heart of salmon gravlax, confit butternut, crispy red tuna bites.
• Exceptional dishes: Mediterranean sea bream or whole grilled sole, IGP Angus beef rib from Scotland served Tomahawk style, blue lobster from the tank with squid ink tagliolini, or catch of the day.
• Seafood: grilled Mediterranean sea bass fillet, lemongrass-roasted heart of salmon, Rossini-style red tuna with Amaretto braised foie gras terrine, toasted brioche, and fresh truffles.
• Meat: slow-cooked veal quasi with pistachio crust, Angus cheeseburger, "Di Fassona Piemontese" braised beef fillet with five peppers and sage.
• Pasta: Carnaroli risotto with porcini mushrooms, squid ink tagliolini with butterfly prawns.
• Kids: grilled Mediterranean sea bass fillet or Angus hamburger steak with fries.
