From the land: beef tagliata, Milanese veal chop "elephant ear" style, Passable burger, Black Angus beef carpaccio.

From the sea: mixed fried seafood, wild prawns, sea bass fillet, grilled calamari or octopus, line-caught fish depending on arrival, lobster, crayfish, or Royal caviar.

To share if appetite is small: burrata with summer truffle, Rioplatense beef cut, mixed seafood grill platter "Delizie Miste", and sea bass or bream.
