A menu reflecting this paradise to awaken your taste buds.

At noon and to share: Burrata with tomatoes from the Kon Tiki garden, Small Fried Fish (calamari, shrimp, cod), Mezze Trio (eggplant caviar, hummus, grilled peppers and pita bread), Avocado Toast with smoked salmon and a runny egg, Beef Tataki, Lobster roll, and Beef tartare taco style.

On the Pasta side: Fresh tomato basil Tagliatelle, Taglioni with Seafood (mussels, clams, shrimp), Spaghetti Chitarra Vongole and Bottarga with clams and tuna roe, Lobster Linguine.

On the Land side: Thai-style Chicken Supreme, 300g Angus Ribeye, Grilled Lamb Chops, Iberian Pluma.

On the Sea side: Mussels Marinière, large fried fish, grilled octopus tentacle with herb potatoes, fish of the day.

On the Freshness side: Tiki Avocado Salad, Duo of the Sea with citrus fruits, and semi-cooked tuna Asian salad.

In the evening, we don’t forget you and continue to surprise you with, on top, a veal fillet with sun vegetables and Corsican juice on the Land side. Cameron prawns grilled on the plancha 400g on the Sea side and ricotta lemon ravioli.

Finally, several sweet notes are available with homemade desserts: Red Fruit Pavlova, Tropézienne tart, Tarte Tatin, chocolate fondant, and pistachio raspberry financier in the evening. Ice creams as creative as they are indulgent for optimal refreshment. Or fresh fruit cups, watermelon, pineapple, or Royal fruits if the light mode is engaged for a fitness summer.

Of course, summer also means Cocktails. With or without alcohol for all pleasures and all flavors. Like the rest of the Kon Tiki village that you can also discover, there is something for everyone.
