Start with shareable treats: crunchy vegetables, Asian mix, Spanish charcuterie platter, selection from our cheesemonger Rémi, antipasti, lobster corn dog, sardines in olive oil, and crab spring rolls. For starters: land or sea Caesar salad, crab meat with crispy seaweed, stracciatella, bonito ceviche, beef carpaccio, and seasonal veggie wok. From land: grilled lamb chops, beef tartare, house-made summer truffle cordon bleu, grilled ribeye (about 1kg), and butcher’s cut.
