This is done at the time of your sunbed reservation.

Prepare for a culinary awakening with Mediterranean, fresh, and contemporary cuisine imagined by our chef. Welcome Beach offers local and seasonal products, not forgetting the delightful flavors of our beautiful Mediterranean with local catches.

To start, varied tapas: Greek tzatziki, calamari infarinata with homemade rouille, Joels fry with homemade rouille, chicken tenders with barbecue sauce, Italian pinailla to share, mozzarella to share on a bed of tomato gazpacho, and a selection of 4 tapas.

For freshness: avocado toast, warm goat cheese, Caesar salad, gravlax salmon marinated with chartreuse, Welcome-style mozzarella tomatoes, and veggie salad.

For pasta: gnocchi with asparagus cream, burratina, Serrano ham, linguine with crustacean sauce, and black tiger prawns.

For meat: Welcome burger, classic or seared bistro beef tartare, Irish Angus chuck flap, chili-marinated pork spider, and a beef rib of about 1kg for 2 people.

For seafood: the catch of the day with wild lobsters caught in Lavandou, accompanied by linguine or risotto with crustacean/truffle sauce, or wild fish: seabass, sea bream, porgy, John Dory.

A la carte: grilled cuttlefish, swordfish ceviche, lean steak with bouillabaisse sauce.

Let’s not forget our hungry kids: breaded chicken fillets or hake tenders with brownie or a scoop of ice cream for dessert.

Finally, for the sweet tooth: crème brûlée, banoffee, chocolate fondant, mini baba au limoncello, red fruit pavlova, Sylvie’s lemon meringue tart, chocolate royal, pastry of the day, coffee gourmand, or for a lighter option, a fresh fruit platter to share.
