Delete your MySunbed account

This page allows you to request the deletion of your MySunbed account and all associated personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Once your account is deleted, you will permanently lose:

• Your user profile and all personal information
• Your future bookings will be cancelled (past booking history is retained in accordance with our legal obligations)
• Your browsing and usage history
• Your preferences, favorites and personalized settings

Data retention

In accordance with our legal obligations, certain data may be retained after your account deletion:

• Billing and transaction data is retained for 10 years for accounting and tax purposes
• Data necessary for fraud prevention may be retained for up to 5 years

Deletion process

Your account deletion is immediate and permanent. Your user profile and personal data will be removed from our database as soon as you confirm your request. You will be automatically logged out.
