• Freshness: creamy burrata from Puglia and the famous Niçoise salad.
• Starters: rockfish soup, gravlax salmon tartare, red tuna tataki.
• Main courses: traditional Charolais beef tartare, occhi di lupo, free-range chicken supreme, Simmental beef tagliata, beef fillet, grilled octopus, lobster linguine, Mediterranean sea bass fillet, and catch of the day.
