The sea with its various shades of blue contrasting with the azure sky on the horizon, white sand, and reed umbrellas create an intimate and relaxing beach experience. This is the 1051 beach area. Wooden sunbeds, comfortable cream-colored mattresses matching the umbrellas, create an absolute moment of minimalist well-being, in tune with the waves. Well-shaded from the hot sun, you can enjoy an energizing dip after a nap or refresh yourself with our delicious signature cocktails, all while being serenaded by the gentle sea breeze.

The restaurant area, located just behind the sunbeds, is on a spacious and charming wooden terrace. Once again, an unmatched setting. Very open, with only the endless sea before you and white laurels beautifully contrasting with the noble and natural materials of the decor. Dining at 1051 is all about loving life. For all the food enthusiasts looking to awaken their taste buds, look no further, you’re in the right place. Whether lounging on the sofas or dining near the olive trees, discover the taste of the Mediterranean. Start with shareable treats: crunchy vegetables, Asian mix, Spanish charcuterie platter, selection from our cheesemonger Rémi, antipasti, lobster corn dog, sardines in olive oil, and crab spring rolls. For starters: land or sea Caesar salad, crab meat with crispy seaweed, stracciatella, bonito ceviche, beef carpaccio, and seasonal veggie wok. From land: grilled lamb chops, beef tartare, house-made summer truffle cordon bleu, grilled ribeye (about 1kg), and butcher’s cut. From sea: maigre fillet, whole fresh lobster on the grill, seared bonito, whole wild fish (depending on arrival), and sautéed octopus with parsley. Pasta: clam tagliatelle or summer truffle tagliatelle. Kids’ menu: beef steak or fish fillet with fries or seasonal vegetables and macaroni with butter or tomato sauce. Finally, enjoy a selection from our pastry chef, a gourmet coffee or tea, and a plate of watermelon to end with a comforting sweet treat.
