I love the name of this beach which honors our beautiful Niçois pebbles. Although they may cause some complaints, these pebbles are indeed the very essence of Nice's unique seafront scenery.

Sand is soft, but the gray pebbles contrast beautifully with the blue of the water. The beach and its dynamic team offer you a soothing, friendly atmosphere, with a refreshing maritime feel.

For starters: salmon tartare, Niçoise salad & seared tuna, Caesar salad, fresh porcini mushrooms with parmesan emulsion & potatoes, thin tart of confit tomatoes or Bufala burrata with figs.

Pasta: rigatoni le galet, porcini picci, linguine with clams or seafood, scialatielli with lobster.

Land side: beef tartare and beef tagliata.

Sea side: mixed seafood fritto, sea bass fillet with porcini, grilled octopus & grenaille potatoes, grilled squid, whole baked sea bream, sole meunière & its vegetables.

Kids: nuggets or minced steak with fries, or penne with Neapolitan sauce with water syrup and a scoop of ice cream.

Desserts: big chou à la profiterole, tiramisu with speculoos, "Gigante" caramel cream, beautiful dark chocolate mousse, pistachio fondant, soft financier with fresh fig & vanilla ice cream, XXL vanilla-hazelnut éclair and pecans.

For the more indulgent, there will be the Nutella tronchetto, or ice cream sundaes for lighter options.
