Big burrata, marinated salmon, vitello tonnato, tuna tataki with ponzu sauce, grilled peppers with pecorino anchovies and Niçoise olives.

Starters: creamy burrata, Caesar salad, fattoush with peaches and grilled halloumi, fresh plate, Niçoise salad with fresh tuna or Thai with chicken and crunchy vegetables.

Sea side: salmon tartare, fresh cod fish & chips, tamarind octopus tentacles, sole meunière, glazed salmon steak.

On the grill: ribeye, tomahawk, sea bass, prawns or lobster.

Land side: beef tartare, boneless chicken leg, homemade beef or crispy chicken burger, beef fillet.

Pasta side: Royan ravioli with black truffle cream, paccheri with zucchini and burrata, linguine with prawns and lemon.

Kids' side: minced steak, crispy chicken or breaded fish with fries, pasta with butter or tomato sauce.

Sweet side: Japanese flavor finger, tiramisu, giant profiterole, Nutella French toast, chocolate nougat mousse finger, or ice cream and fresh fruit plates for more lightness.
