Tomato sauce pizzas: 4 cheeses, tonno & cipolla, parma, burrata, Bismarck. The must-haves: Margherita, Napoli, rucola, bufala, regina, cotto, 4 stagioni, diavola, straciatella, bresaola, and vegetariana. White pizzas: piadina caprese, piadina aiola, piadina crudaiola, and piadina crudaiola di burrata.
