From the land: Italian burger, Argentine ribeye, Angus Aberdeen beef rib, prepared beef tartare, confit pork ribs (slow-cooked for 7 hours), beef fillet.

Pasta: pasta di rossi, truffle cacio e pepe taglioni, spaghetti carbonara, veggie ravioli.

For kids: minced steak/nuggets/ham with fries or carbonara pasta with syrup and 2 scoops of ice cream.
