Stella Mare

Head north to Corse, towards Île Rousse. The island of beauty is full of iodized treasures, and it's through a breathtaking landscape that we will head to this Haute-Corse department, colorful and lush. There aren't many places where you can admire rocky and green mountains that originate in this sublime Mediterranean. Impressive coasts drawing the Corsican coastline in its own way. Along the main beach of Île Rousse, you'll come across Stella Mare. Located just before Punta di Palumbare, the beach holds many surprises for you.

Our starters: octopus salad made by us, spring vegetable tatin, sea bass ceviche, sardine fritters, prawn spring rolls, fresh goat cheese crottin.

Main courses: green asparagus risotto with seared prawns, clam linguine marinara, ribeye on the plancha, veal fillet, Spanish mussels...

Finally, to end on a homemade sweet note: dark chocolate mousse, cranberry canistrelli crisp, seasonal fruit pavlova, tiramisu with canistrelli nucciola and its chestnut liqueur, citrus delight and millet cake with mandarin liqueur.
