Snacks: "Land" platter with beef tataki, Iberian charcuterie and cheese, or "Sea" platter with tuna tataki, ceviche and octopus.

Shellfish: 6 special oysters from Guy Sanchez, 12 special oysters from Guy Sanchez, and seafood platter.
