To start: sea bream ceviche with ponzu, Mazara red prawn carpaccio, tuna and watermelon tartare, vitello tonnato, salmon tartare with cream cheese.

For freshness: spinach salad with truffle and parmesan, green bean salad with feta and Kalamata olives, the famous Rado Caesar, with tender chicken or spicy prawns, la dolce vita, and the Niçoise with tuna fillet.

Shared pleasures taste even better: pinsa romana, braided buffalo mozzarella, crudo selection – tuna, prawns, or red prawns (gamberro rosso).

From the sea: roasted cod loin in a crust, roasted salmon steak with gnocchi, seared octopus, roasted wild camarón, fresh sole cooked in butter, whole roasted sea bream flambéed with pastis.

From the land: traditional Charolais beef tartare prepared à la minute, lamb chops, veal Milanese, Simmental beef fillet grilled à la plancha, French beef burger with taleggio.
