To start: ponzu sea bass ceviche, carpaccio of Gamberro rosso di Mazara, tuna and watermelon tartare, vitello tonnato, salmon tartare with cream cheese.

For something refreshing: truffle and parmesan spinach salad, green bean salad with feta and Kalamata olives, the famous Rado Caesar with tender chicken or spiced gambas, dolce vita, and niçoise with seared tuna.

When pleasure is shared, it tastes even better: pinsa romana, braided buffalo mozzarella, selection of crudo; tuna, gambas, or Gamberro rosso.

On the seafood side: roasted cod loin in crust, roasted salmon steak with gnocchi, seared octopus, beautifully roasted wild camaròn, fresh sole cooked in butter, whole daurade roasted and flambéed with pastis.

On the meat side: traditional Charolais tartare made to order, lamb chops, veal Milanese, grilled Simmental beef fillet, French beef burger with taleggio.
