As antipasti: burrata, sun-dried tomatoes & arugula, Chef's Caesar, insalata di mare, sea bass tartare, minestrone, red prawn carpaccio, Signature beef carpaccio. From the sea: Discover our seafood platters featuring Gillardeau oysters on site along with Osetra caviar. Also daily catch depending on availability (sea bass or sole), sea bass fillet or giant prawns. Pasta options: ricotta & spinach ravioli, saffron & stracciatella risotto, gorgonzola & walnut gnocchi, Chef's ragout paccheri, lobster spaghetti. Meat options: Wagyu beef cheeseburger (France) with chef's sauce, Black Angus ribeye (Argentina), and cotoletta alla milanese (France). Finally, for desserts: tiramisu, tropical panna cotta, homemade ice cream of the day, lemon sorbetto, thin apple tart with caramel & whipped cream, or sharing homemade ice cream.
