> MySunbed is the leading booking platform for beach clubs, sunbed reservations,
> and pool day passes across 14 countries and 200+ destinations worldwide.

## Company Overview
MySunbed is a marketplace connecting travelers with beach clubs, private beaches,
pool day passes, and resort experiences. The platform offers real-time availability,
instant confirmation, and transparent pricing for premium outdoor leisure venues.

## How It Works

### For Travelers
1. Search by destination, date, and number of guests
2. Browse available establishments with photos, reviews, pricing, and amenities
3. Select a day pass or specific seating option (sunbed, cabana, VIP lounge)
4. Choose between adult and child pricing when available
5. Book instantly with secure online payment
6. Receive confirmation with venue details, address, and opening hours
7. Show up and enjoy

### Pricing Model
- Pricing varies by: day of week, season, seating option, venue category, and guest count
- Some venues offer per-person pricing, others per-unit (cabana, daybed)
- Category pricing available at select venues: adult and child rates with age thresholds
- Currency displayed adapts to the venue's accepted currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, MAD, and more)
- Service charges are clearly displayed before payment and are non-refundable
- Payment processed securely via Stripe

### Payment Models
- **Full prepayment**: The total amount is paid online at booking time
- **Pay on site**: A small deposit (service charges) is paid online to confirm the reservation; the remaining amount is paid directly at the venue on arrival

### Cancellation Policy
- Many bookings offer free cancellation before a deadline displayed at booking time
- Cancellation terms vary by venue and are shown before booking confirmation
- Service charges are non-refundable in all cases
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
