On an isolated terrace overlooking this paradisiacal cove, you won't know where to look in front of so much beauty. And as beauty and rarity go hand in hand, this is where you will experience more than just a moment, but an escape from time.
For your taste buds, this is the ideal place to taste our specialties inspired by French and Mediterranean cuisine revisited by the talented chef Frederic Jean-George.
Starters include: Burrata di Audia "IGP", carpaccio of Gamberoni, sea bream ceviche from the Mediterranean, avocado with pink shrimp, "Fassone" beef crudo, magnificent bresaola, and artisanal barbajuans.
Since Italy is not so far away, our chef offers Pinsa Romana made from organic flour such as Marguerite, Parma, Truffle, and Calabrian.
On land: the beautiful beef fillet and the "Selection Bresse" chicken.
At sea: the iconic Mediterranean sea bass in salt crust, the beautiful snack octopus tentacle, linguini all Vongole, grilled swordfish heart, lobsters or crayfish according to availability.
And to finish with a bit of sweetness: plate of fresh fruits of the day, Carros strawberries and vegan whipped cream, Mala pavlova and artisanal ice creams or sorbets.
And let's not forget our kids: steak or fish and chips with a scoop of ice cream.
