Starters: beautiful ravioli, langoustine and light bisque flavored with sauce, scallop ceviche, beetroot salmon gravlax, poached pear carpaccio, crispy smoked burratina.

Pasta: daube ravioli, gnocchi with gorgonzola, fresh spaghetti all'Arrabiata, autumn risotto with porcini mushrooms and hazelnuts.

Seafood: low-temperature cod with a hazelnut and chorizo crust, crispy gamberoni, daube octopus, and just-roasted sea bass fillet.

Meat: Black Angus cheeseburger with Tomme de Savoie, roasted beef fillet with porcini sauce, confit lamb cannon with chestnut puree, farm chicken supreme roasted with truffle, beef tartare raw or seared, seasoned by us.
